SHIPPING POLICY
Order sorting, packing and shipping will happen largely out of our partner facilities in Michigan's Thumb Region. Depending on what you are ordering, though, timelines could be anything from a few days to several weeks. Uniform packages and team store apparel are batch produced, sorted and shipped once all items have been produced. That said, the order will be held until the last of the items needed to ship are ready. This is very common in these stores and is considered industry standard. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the products ordered through us, we don't offer exchanges and the only returns considered are those related to an issue with quality or construction that we would be responsible for.
